The refund did eventually come through, but it took a few days longer than I expected. I’m glad it’s sorted now, but a quick apology or update along the way would have been appreciated.

"Billing just felt really easy"
I’ve been on a subscription with thehielabs.com for a bit now, and the billing side has been totally fine. Nothing weird has popped up, no random charges, no confusing mess, which I really appreciate more than I expected. I had to look at my plan once and it was easy enough to figure out. Overall, I just feel good about it.

The product itself was fine, no real complaints there. The tracking was the problem. Of course this happened right when I actually needed to know when it was showing up, and the info just didn’t update for days. I had no clue where my order was. When I reached out to support, they basically sent me the same tracking link I already had, so that didn’t help much. Not the worst experience ever, but the tracking really needs to be better.

"Fast shipping and everything arrived okay"
I was surprised by how quickly it showed up. I’ve had orders from other places take way longer before, so getting this in just a few days was a nice change. The tracking updated well too, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the box looked a little beat up when it arrived, but luckily the item itself was totally fine.
"Not really for me"
I really wanted to like this, but the taste was kind of strange and the texture felt chalky. I tried to finish it because I figured maybe it would get better after a few bites, but it didn’t. Maybe some people are into this kind of thing, especially if they like healthier-tasting stuff, but I don’t think I’d buy it again.

Just a heads up if you’re ordering: my delivery showed up late, so it was a bit hit or miss. Customer support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but I’d still be cautious if you need your order by a certain date

"Wrong items in my order"
I’m not super happy with my order from thehielabs.com. I picked out a few items, waited for the package, and then one of the things I got was just completely different from what I ordered. It’s frustrating because I ordered what I ordered, and somehow that’s still not what showed up.
The shipping itself was fine, I guess, but the order accuracy was not good. I kept thinking maybe I clicked the wrong thing or missed something, so I went back and checked my confirmation email, and nope, it wasn’t me. It was definitely the wrong item, which is annoying because the whole point is to receive the stuff you actually chose.
Customer support did respond, but it took a while, and the fix wasn’t exactly simple or smooth. I don’t want to go back and forth just to fix something that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Wrong item, slow fix, not a great experience, so I probably won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

The dosage instructions just felt really straightforward. I didn’t have to sit there wondering what to do or second-guess anything, which I really appreciated.

I found a couple of useful items, so it wasn’t a total miss, but the selection felt small overall. I was hoping there’d be more options to choose from. Also, having to go through verification more than once got annoying really fast. It would be a lot better if the process was smoother next time.

I found what I needed quickly, which I always appreciate. The site was straightforward and didn’t make me overthink anything, so it worked fine for me. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a pickle while browsing, and even with one hand it was easy enough to get through.

I was looking for one specific thing and, for once, the site said it was in stock and it really was. Didn’t have to keep refreshing or come back later or anything. Checkout was straightforward too. just nice when the stock info is accurate...

Checked out thehielabs.com. Solid first impression. Site looks clean. Easy to understand. Not too salesy, which I liked. I’d still want to see more customer reviews or info. Just to feel fully sure. But nothing felt off or sketchy to me. Seems trustworthy so far. 4 stars.

Umm, my order ended up taking a lot longer to arrive than I expected. I was hoping it would get here sooner, so the wait was frustrating.

"Good learning content, just needs a bit more depth"
I’ve been using thehielabs.com for some learning stuff lately, it’s been decent overall. Like, most of the content is clear and easy to understand, which I really appreciated because I don’t always want something overly complicated when I’m just trying to learn the basics.
That said, some of the lessons did feel, you know, a little short in places. I kind of wish there were more examples or maybe a bit more explanation on certain topics, because sometimes it felt like it moved on right when I was getting into it.
So yeah, it’s not perfect or anything, but it’s definitely useful and easy enough to follow. I’d probably give it 4 stars for the educational content, mostly because it does the job well, just with a little room to go deeper

I had a small issue and reached out to thehielabs support. They got back to me quickly, and the person I spoke with was polite and easy to deal with. It did take one extra message to get everything fully sorted, but i was satisfied with how they handled it. Overall, good service and I’d give it 4 stars.

"Worked smoothly even from abroad"
I was pleasantly surprised that thehielabs.com worked fine from where I live, since a lot of sites can be frustrating or limited outside certain countries. I didn’t run into any strange blocks or access issues, which made the whole thing easy to use. It’s not something I’d call flashy, but it did what I needed without hassle. Overall, a smooth experience with no major complaints.
